Join us to discover the incredible variety of flavors and experiences that chile has to offer.

The Magic of Spice on the Palate

At the heart of the Chile Festival at Erizo lies a dish and two drinks in collaboration with Casa Lumbre, which awaken the senses and challenge the palate. Among the standout creations, we invite you to try our delicious Xcatik Chile Stuffed with Mixed Ceviche. An explosion of flavors combining cooked and raw shrimp, cucumber, red onion, green tomatillo, lime juice, and clamato sauce, all within an xcatik chile that will leave you breathless.

To accompany this unique gastronomic experience, we have created a series of drinks in collaboration with Casa Lumbre that enhance and complement the spicy flavor. Among them, we present the Wero, a combination of Gran Malo Tequila with pineapple, mango, habanero, green lime juice, natural syrup, and Tajín, which will transport you to warm tropical beaches with every sip.

For lovers of smoky and intense flavor, we offer the Red, an exquisite blend of Ojo de Tigre Mezcal with red ancho chili cordial, hibiscus, cinnamon, and mint, which will envelop you in an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth.

And if you’re looking for a refreshing and slightly spicy option, you can’t miss the Green, made with Defrente Tequila, pineapple, cucumber, serrano chili, lime, salt, and Tajín, an explosion of freshness and flavor that will make you live a unique sensory experience.
