Celebrating Pride at Erizo
At Erizo, we believe in the importance of celebrating diversity and pride in who you are. This June, we join the community to celebrate Pride not only for the love of the diversity of love and the ways in which it can be represented but also for the constant effort of the community to assert their rights. That’s why throughout June, we invite you to delight yourself with our seasonal specials; a dessert and two cocktails in collaboration with Puerto de Indias and Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, that you will love.
BE PROUD Dessert
The Be Proud is a dessert that combines textures and flavors in every bite. The crunchy semi-sweet chocolate layer encloses a smooth white chocolate and whiskey cream, while the strawberry and blackberry compote adds a touch of freshness and acidity. All this on a cinnamon sponge cake base, topped with a flag decoration made with white chocolate cream, symbolizing the pride and diversity that exists within the community.
Special Drinks
In collaboration with Puerto de Indias and Ojo de Tigre, this year our mixologist has created two unique cocktails to honor June in the best way.
The first of our specialty drinks is Pinky, created in collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, this refreshing and vibrant drink is perfect. Mezcal brings a smoky and complex touch, balanced with the natural sweetness of guava and agave honey. The lime juice adds a refreshing acidity, creating a flavorful balance.
The second special drink is Fruity, created in collaboration with Gin Puerto de Indias, light and fruity, it is ideal to enjoy; gin and white wine combine to offer an elegant base, while lemon juice and natural syrup add freshness and sweetness. The fruit mix adds a colorful and refreshing touch, making it a delicious and festive option.
