Porfirio’s, La Vicenta, Harry’s and Ilios will be present at the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome in the Blue, Green, Gray, and Yellow zones, marking a special occasion for Erizo as it becomes part of our country’s biggest motorsport event for the first time.
The Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome, located in the east of Mexico City, has become the place to be on the last weekend of October. That’s why Erizo has prepared exceptional gastronomic experiences for you to enjoy the finest seafood while experiencing the excitement of the races and getting to know our concept for the first time in Mexico City.
Erizo, at Formula 1 for the First Time
For those who may not be familiar with us, Erizo is a renowned restaurant located in Tijuana and Cancún, specializing in offering a unique seafood dining experience with a Tijuana-style twist. Led by the renowned Chef Javier Plascencia, Erizo stands out for its focus on ingredient freshness and the creation of exquisite dishes that capture the authentic flavors of the sea, along with the characteristic excellence of Javier’s concepts. He had previously positioned Animalón, with locations in Ensenada and Los Cabos, as one of the must-visit places on the prestigious list of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Founded in 2009, Erizo quickly became a favorite in its home city, thanks to Plascencia’s idea of combining the delightful experience of a Peruvian cevichería with the best of Baja seafood. In 2023, this led Grupo Anderson’s, the largest restaurant group in Mexico, to partner with Javier and bring this concept to the other end of the country, rapidly becoming the best seafood restaurant in Cancún.
