Chef Javier Plascencia is one of the most prominent figures in the gastronomic field in Mexico. He has more than 30 years of experience and his flagship restaurant Animalón is part of the 50 BEST RESTAURANTS OF LATIN AMERICA list. Erizo opened its doors in 2009 in Tijuana and today joins the Grupo Anderson’s family of restaurants, combining the experience and service of two of the most important players in the A&B industry in Mexico.
